Fintastic Marketing provides a range of marketing services to clients. These Terms and Conditions outline the terms and conditions governing the provision of these services. 

Services:

• The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal based on the services that are mutually agreed and are provided to the client. 

• Fintastic Marketing reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. 

Payment:

• The base currency of Fintastic Marketing is INR (Indian Rupees). 

• In case if the clients base currency is different than INR, payments can be done via third party platforms for accepting international payments.  

• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or proposal. 

• Late payments may incur interest charges. 

Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the services provided by Fintastic Marketing shall remain the property of the client unless mentioned otherwise in the mutual agreement signed before service delivery. 

Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any confidential information disclosed to each other. 

Limitation of Liability:

• Fintastic Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.    

Termination:

• Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice agreed upon based on the service agreement signed between both parties prior service delivery. 

Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
